Supporting document needs to be submitted where ever applicable and as and when required or

called for.

Submission of Registration form alone does not qualify to be listed under approved vendor category

nor as an assurance of    orders.

All registrations shall be subjected to approval procedures as per the company's policy.

The Company's decision in this regard shall be final and no further communication shall be

entertained.
